About MealWise

Recipe discovery should not feel like browsing an ad catalogue.

MealWise started with a simple frustration: finding one realistic meal often means fighting pop-ups, scrolling through life stories and mentally recalculating recipes that ignore your budget.

The product principle

Tell us what tonight looks like. We will return something you can actually cook.

Built around the request, not the database

Traditional recipe apps begin with a library and ask you to search it. MealWise begins with your situation: two people, seven euros, vegetarian, twenty-five minutes, half a bag of spinach. The app turns that context into one structured recipe.

Local first, intentionally

Recipes are saved on the iPhone by default. MealWise does not keep prompt or recipe content in its generation database. Pro members may separately opt in to cloud sync for access across signed-in devices, and can disable it again.

A sustainable app without ads

AI and backend infrastructure cost money each time they are used. MealWise has a limited Free plan and straightforward paid plans instead of covering the interface in advertising. Every plan uses the same recipe model.

Still being shaped

MealWise is in active development. Prices, estimated ingredient costs and AI output need human judgement, especially for allergies, food safety and medical diets. Feedback is welcome as the product moves toward the App Store.
