A note on price
AI recipes have a real running cost.
Every generation uses paid infrastructure: secure authentication, abuse protection, the recipe model and operational monitoring. MealWise keeps a useful Free plan, while paid plans make continued development sustainable. We do not fund the app with ads or by selling recipe requests.
These are planned US reference prices, not a current purchase offer. Final local prices, applicable taxes, billing periods, offer eligibility and renewal terms will be shown by Apple before purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions will renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting MealWise or a MealWise account will not cancel a subscription.

Before you choose
Does Pro use a better AI model?
No. MealWise does not intentionally degrade recipe quality by plan. Plans differ in generation capacity and additional features.
Are recipes stored in the MealWise backend?
Recipe generation content is not stored in the Supabase database. Recipes are local-first. Pro cloud sync is a separate, optional feature that you explicitly enable.
What happens when Pro ends?
Cloud copies become read-only for a 30-day grace period. Local recipes remain on your device. You can renew Pro or delete cloud copies; after the grace period, cloud copies are scheduled for deletion.
Is there a free trial?
No trial is promised at this stage. Any introductory offer will be shown by Apple before purchase if one is configured later.
